TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 MARCH 2015
Indequity is currently finalising its results for the six months ended 31 March 2015.
In terms of section 3.4(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as a reasonable
degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the period to be reported on
next will differ by at least 20% from those for the previous corresponding period.
Accordingly, Indequity shareholders are advised that:
- the Group's basic earnings per share (“EPS”) is expected to be between
26.754 and 30.576 cents per share, which is between 40% and 60% higher
than the previous corresponding period’s EPS of 19.11 cents per share; and
- the Group’s headline earnings per share (“HEPS”) is expected to be between
27.006 and 30.864 cents per share, which is between 40% and 60% higher
than the previous corresponding period’s HEPS of 19.29 cents per share.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the Group’s auditors.
