CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings requirements, Seardel shareholders are
advised that the following changes have been made to the composition of the Seardel Board of
Directors:
Mr Mohamed Ahmed has resigned as a director of the company. The Board wishes to express its
sincere gratitude to the Mr Ahmed for his efforts and invaluable contribution to the continuing
success of the Seardel group.
We welcome Mr Loganathan (“Logie”) Govender to the board of Seardel as an independent non-
executive director as of 14 April 2015. Logie will serve as a member of Audit and Risk committee.
Logie is a chartered accountant and runs his own auditing practice in Durban.
