DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE GRT SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for GROWTHPOINT PROP LTD and that as a
result of the dividend declaration relating to GROWTHPOINT PROP LTD (GRT) the Trustees of the
Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 44.5 cents per GRTNIF share instalment
that is payable on Tuesday, 28 April 2015. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per cent. No
STC credits were utilized. This results in a net dividend of 37.825 cents per share instalment. The
final payment will be rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 17 April 2015. The Share Instalment will commence
trading ex-dividend from Monday, 20 April 2015. The record date will be Friday, 24 April 2015.
GROWTHPOINT PROP LTD's income tax number is 9375/077/71/7.
