RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR
The Board of Directors of CMH announced today that II (Issy)
Zimmerman, a non-executive director, has tendered his
resignation with effect from 28 May 2015.
APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
The Board of Directors announced today that ME (Mike) Jones
has been appointed an independent non-executive director of
the Company with effect from 16 April 2015. This appointment
will be placed before shareholders for approval at CMH’s next
annual general meeting, scheduled for 28 May 2015. A brief
curriculum vitae of ME Jones is attached.
