The Listings Requirements of the Botswana Stock Exchange (BSE) require a listed company to
announce through the BSE, and the press, any circumstances or events that have, or are likely to
have, a material bearing relating to the financial results of the company for the next reporting
period.
The Board of Wilderness hereby announces that the Group's profit after tax for the year ended 28
February 2015 is likely to be significantly higher than that achieved in the corresponding period in
prior year.
Full details of the factors giving rise to this improvement in performance will be given in the
announcement of the audited results, due to be released on 28 May 2015. Accordingly, shareholders
are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
