Shareholders of Afrox (“Shareholders”) are advised that the Company has distributed the
notice of annual general meeting (“AGM”) (the “Notice”) to Shareholders, which Notice is
also available on the Company’s website (www.afrox.com).
Notice is hereby given that the 86th AGM of the Company will be held in the Boardroom of
the Company, Afrox House, 23 Webber Street, Selby, Johannesburg, South Africa on
Thursday, 28 May 2015 at 10:00 to transact the business as stated in the Notice.
