RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
As previously announced on SENS on 31 October 2014, 3 November 2014, 9 December 2014,
27 January 2015 and 10 March 2015 respectively, shareholders are advised that Visual has signed
a Memorandum of Understanding for the development of Reebokfontein Village in Klerksdorp.
Negotiations are still continuing.
In addition, the Company’s negotiations with a large strategic entity in relation with various
developments is still in progress.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution until a further
announcement is made.
