CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
In pursuit of the Company’s strategy to expand into southern Africa, the board has
considered various options to capitalise the Company to fund various new projects. In this
regard, the Company is currently in discussions with a strategic investment partner, the
successful conclusion of which may have a material effect on the price of the Company’s
securities.
Accordingly shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities until a further announcement is made.
