Changes to the board of directors
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders
are advised that:
- Ms Hilda Lunderstedt has resigned as director and chairman of the board of Imbalie Beauty
with effect from 30 April 2015;
- Ms Melinda Malan has resigned as financial director with effect from 30 April 2015;
- Mr Wessel van der Merwe’s role from 1 May 2015 will change from non-executive to
executive director, focusing on corporate strategy and business development and will act
as the interim chairman until such time as the board elects a new chairman. Mr Theo
Schoeman will continue to act as the Lead Independent director.
The board would like to thank Hilda and Melinda for their contributions.
