LISTING OF ADDITIONAL AfricaPalladium debentures
Africa ETF has, from commencement of 23 April 2015, issued an additional 100,000
AfricaPalladium debentures at an approximate issue price of R93.25 per additional
AfricaPalladium debentures, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 995.672 fine troy
ounces of Palladium.
After the additional issue, there will be 73,100,000 AfricaPalladium debentures in issue,
referencing approximately 730,248.473 fine troy ounces of Palladium.
