NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES
In accordance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008 and Section
3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that Raubex has
received formal notification in the prescribed form that Investec Asset Management Holdings
(Pty) Ltd on behalf of segregated clients (“Investec Asset Management”) has acquired an
interest in the securities of Raubex such that the total interest held by Investec Asset
Management in segregated client portfolios managed by Investec Asset Management has
increased to 6.05% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
