NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
No change statement
With regard to the audited results for the year ended 31 December
2014, shareholders are advised that the Notice and Proxy of Annual
General Meeting and Summarised Financial Statements were
distributed to shareholders on Wednesday, 29 April 2015 and
contain no modifications to the audited results which were
published on SENS on Friday, 20 February 2015.
Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the fiftieth annual general meeting of
shareholders of Zurich will be held at the offices of the Company,
15 Marshall Street, Ferreirasdorp, Johannesburg, 2001, on
Wednesday, 27 May 2015 at 08:30 to transact the business as stated
in the annual general meeting notice forming part of the Notice
and Proxy of Annual General Meeting and Summarised Financial
Statements.
Salient dates
In terms of section 59 of the Companies Act, the record date for
shareholders to be entitled to receive notice of the AGM is
Friday, 17 April 2015. The date of the AGM is Wednesday, 27 May 2015
and the record date for the meeting is Friday, 22 May 2015.
Accordingly, the last day to trade in the Company's shares in
order to be recorded on the securities register and to be entitled
to attend, participate and vote at the AGM is Friday, 15 May 2015.
Forms of proxy for the annual general meeting to be lodged by
08:30 on Monday, 25 May 2015. Any proxies not lodged by this time
must be handed to the chairperson of the annual general meeting
immediately prior to the annual general meeting.
