APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
The board of directors of the Company ('the Board') is pleased to announce that Armine Schaefer has
been appointed as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 8 May 2015.
Armine is a qualified Chartered Accountant who built her career within investment banking as a structured
finance specialist for the past 14 years. On completion of her articles at Ernst & Young she joined
Gensec Bank Limited as a trainee where she started her career in securitisation. She joined Coronation
Capital’s tax structured finance team in 2001, following which she moved to Standard Bank in 2003 and has
gained significant experience in the South African securitisation and debt capital markets prior to joining
RBA in 2015.
The Board welcomes her to the team and it is believed that she will add specialised skill and value to the
Board and the Company.
