CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Ms
Khanyisile Kweyama has tendered her resignation from the board of Kumba with effect from 29 April
2015. Her current position as Chief Executive Officer of Business Unity South Africa has rendered it
difficult for her to dedicate the time required to execute her board responsibilities at Kumba.
Ms Kweyama has served on the board since 15 October 2012. The board thanks Ms Kweyama for her
contribution and guidance during her tenure and wishes her all the best in her future endeavours.
