NOTIFICATION OF DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES
In accordance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008 and Section
3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that Raubex has
received formal notification in the prescribed form that Old Mutual Plc (“Old Mutual”) has
disposed of an interest in the securities of Raubex such that the total interest held by Old
Mutual in segregated client portfolios managed by various entities of the Old Mutual Group
has decreased to 9.42% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
