Integrated annual report
Shareholders are advised the company’s integrated annual report, incorporating the audited
financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2014, was despatched on 31 March 2015 and
contains no changes to the preliminary audited results which were announced on SENS on Thursday,
26 March 2015.
Annual general meeting
The integrated annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting, which will be held at
Block 2, Island Office Park, 35 – 37 Island Circle, Riverhorse Valley, Durban, on Tuesday, 2 June 2015
at 12:00.
The record date in terms of Section 59 of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, as amended, for
shareholders to be recorded on the securities register of the company in order to be able to attend,
participate and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 22 May 2015.
