NOTICE OF THE PASSING OF A NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF ABIL AND AFRICAN BANK
It is with great sadness that the boards of directors of ABIL and African Bank inform shareholders and other
stakeholders of the passing away of Jacobus Dorotheus Maria Gerardus (Jack) Koolen (54) on 3 May 2015 after an
illness.
The Boards of ABIL and African Bank extend their deepest sympathy and condolences to Jack's family and
acknowledge the immense contribution Jack made to the group as a non-executive director since his appointment in
March 2011.
