Shareholders are advised that Daniel Polakow has been appointed as an executive director of Prescient
Securities (Pty) Ltd, a subsidiary of Prescient Limited, with effect from 1 May 2015. He has a strong
reputation in the industry, having spent a decade as a leading researcher in the institutional stockbroking
space, and, most recently, six years focusing on investment strategy and cross-asset class hedging as a
portfolio manager.
The Board of Prescient takes this opportunity to welcome Daniel in anticipation of the valuable contribution
he will make to Prescient Securities (Pty) Ltd.
