ANTICIPATED RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
Arising from his appointment as Chairman of Standard Bank of South
Africa Limited, a position which precludes other directorships, Mr
Thulani Gcabashe has elected to resign from the board of Imperial
Holdings Limited at the conclusion of the AGM on the 3rd November
2015.
The board of Imperial congratulates Mr Gcabashe on this prestigious
appointment, thanks him for his leadership over the past seven years
