RESIGNATION OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, ChemSpec wishes to
advise shareholders of the resignation of Mr Jonathan Grant Maehler, as Financial
Director of the Company with effect from 7 May 2015. The Company is currently in
business rescue proceedings and a new Financial Director will be considered subject
to the outcome of the proceedings.
Mr Maehler will remain available to the company as may be required by the business
rescue proceedings. The Chemspec board of directors wish to extend their sincere
thanks to Mr Maehler for his outstanding contribution to the Company over the last
four years.
