TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”) and
Regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011, shareholders are advised that Attacq has
received notification from Coronation Asset Management (Pty) Ltd (“Coronation”) of the acquisition by
Coronation (on behalf of its clients) of Attacq shares, such that Coronation’s total beneficial interest
in Attacq is now 20.02% of Attacq’s issued shares.
