DISTRIBUTION OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT, NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Trencor has distributed its integrated annual report, incorporating the audited annual financial statements in
respect of the year ended 31 December 2014 which, save for the correction of headline earnings per share
and adjusted headline earnings per share as published on SENS on 23 April 2015, are unchanged from the
reviewed results released on SENS on 20 February 2015 and posted to shareholders on 27 February 2015.
The annual general meeting will be held on Tuesday, 9 June 2015 at 1313 Main Tower, Standard Bank
Centre, Heerengracht, Cape Town, commencing at 15:00 to transact the business as stated in the annual
general meeting notice forming part of the annual financial statements. Provision has been made for
shareholders or their proxies who prefer to attend in Johannesburg to participate in the meeting by means of
a video link from Investec Bank Limited, 3rd floor M4, 100 Grayston Drive, Sandown, Sandton.
The salient dates pertaining to the annual general meeting are as follows:

Record date to determine which shareholders are entitled to receive the notice Thursday, 30 April
Last day to trade in order to be eligible to attend and vote Friday, 22 May
Record date to determine which shareholders are entitled to attend and vote Friday, 29 May
Forms of proxy to be lodged, for administrative reasons, by 15:00* on Monday, 8 June
* proxies not lodged by this time must be handed to the scrutineers of the annual general meeting
immediately prior to the meeting.
