In accordance with section 122(3) (b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008 and
section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited`s Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby
advised that the Company has received formal notification of the following movement
in securities of the Company:
Peregrine Equities (Pty) Ltd (“Peregrine”) has disposed of a beneficial interest in
securities of the Company. The total of Peregrine’s beneficial interests in the
securities of Village is now 9.76%.
