TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
BY OLD MUTUAL INVESTMENT GROUP PROPRIETARY LIMITED (“OMIG”)
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (“Act”), regulation
121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011 and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that Holdsport received the following
formal notification on 13 May 2015 that OMIG have, in aggregate, acquired a portion of
interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, such that the total interest in the ordinary
shares of the Company held by Investec increased from 4.91% to 5.04% of the total issued
ordinary shares of the Company.
