CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Mazor hereby advises shareholders that Alex Darko has resigned as an independent non-executive
director of the Company and chairman of the audit and risk committee as of 11 May 2015.
The Board and all at Mazor wish to thank Alex for his invaluable contribution that he has made during his
tenure at Mazor.
