Pursuant to his career development, Mr Mohammed Akoojee has been appointed Chief
Executive Officer of the Rest of Africa sub division of Imperial Logistics Africa,
a division of Imperial Holdings, with effect from 1st October 2015.
As a result of this appointment he will resign from the board of Imperial Holdings
as executive director of mergers, acquisitions, strategy and investor relations, on
the 30th September 2015.
