CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with the requirements of paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the
JSE Limited, Crookes wishes to announce the following change to the Board of Directors:
Paul Bhengu, a non-executive director of Crookes, retired from the board on 25 February
2015.
The directors and management of Crookes would like to take the opportunity to thank Paul for
the valuable contribution he has made to the Crookes group during his tenure with the
Company and wish him well for the future.
