DISCLOSURE OF AN ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES IN TERMS OF SECTION

In accordance with section 122 (3)(b) of the Companies Act No.
71 of 2008, as amended, and paragraph 3.83(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby
advised that the Company received formal notification from
CILSA Investments (Pty) Ltd, trading as Capital International
SA (“Capital SA”) that it increased its beneficial interest in
the ordinary shares of the Company such that Capital SA’s
shareholding in the Company is now 13.04%.
The Company has notified the Takeover Regulation Panel as
required.
