SUSPENSION OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Unitholders are advised that an investigation into allegations
of misconduct by the Hospitality’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr
Andrew Stuart Rogers is being conducted by the Company.
As an interim measure, and to allow the investigation to take
its course Mr Rogers has been suspended pending the conclusion
of the investigation. At this stage, no disciplinary charges
have been put to Mr Rogers.
Unitholders are further advised that the suspension is unlikely
to adversely affect the operations of the Company or its
financial results.
As soon as circumstances permit, a further announcement will be
released by the Company.
