In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008 and
section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited`s Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby
advised that the Company has received formal notification of the following movement
in securities of the Company:
Barclays PLC on behalf of ABSA Capital Securities (Pty) Ltd (“ABSA”) has acquired
a beneficial interest in securities of the Company. The total of ABSA’s beneficial
interests in the securities of Village is now 5.95%.
