CHANGES TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are referred to the Stock Exchange News Service
announcement of 11 March 2015 in which it was announced that, on 14
May 2015, being the date of the Group's 2015 annual general meeting,
Mr. Praveen Baijnath would resign as the Group's Chief Executive
Officer and would stand for re-election as a non-executive director.
The Group wishes to announce the following changes to the Board of
Directors, with effect from 14 May 2015.
Mr. Praveen Baijnath has been re-elected to the Board of Directors
and will serve as a Non-Independent, Non-Executive Director.
Mr. Johan Seymore, the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director
of the Board, has been appointed Acting Chief Executive Officer and
has resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary.
Mrs. Emma Nel has been appointed Acting Chief Financial Officer and
Company Secretary.
Mr. Seymore and Mrs. Nel will be responsible for completing the
discontinuation of Group's business.
