RESULTS OF GENERAL OFFER TO ACQUIRE ADCOCK INGRAM HOLDINGS LIMITED
(“ADCOCK”) ORDINARY SHARES
Shareholders are referred to the Stock Exchange News Service announcements released by Bidvest
on Thursday, March 19 2015 and Friday, April 24 2015 notifying Adcock shareholders of the opening
of the offer by Bidvest to acquire all of the ordinary shares in Adcock that it did not already own (the
“Offer”) and the extension of the closing date of the Offer to Friday, May 15 2015 respectively.
Shareholders are advised that the Offer has now closed and that pursuant to the Offer, Bidvest has
acquired 11,565,525 Adcock ordinary shares resulting in Bidvest, through a wholly owned subsidiary,
holding 37.0% of Adcock’s total voting shares in issue.
