As part of the Company’s year-end processes, the Company has restated from 303 to 304 the
number of shares held by Ms H A Weir, a director, shown in the table of directors’ shareholdings
maintained on the Company’s website. Dividends from SABMiller plc shares held by Ms Weir are
applied to purchase additional shares in SABMiller plc through a dividend reinvestment plan
privately arranged with Ms Weir’s broker. As a result, Ms Weir acquired one additional
SABMiller ordinary share at a price of GBP33.89 on 11 June 2014 in London.
