LEASE AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO WITH THE BEACH HOTEL IN DURBAN
Shareholders are advised that Gooderson has entered into a long term lease agreement with Motsa Properties CC for
the lease of Beach Hotel in Durban, with effect from 1 June 2015.
The Beach Hotel will expand Gooderson’s portfolio and is expected to increase room occupancies within the Group.
The Beach Hotel is situated on the Durban’s beachfront in close proximity to major attractions, consists of 112
rooms, a cocktail bar, two restaurants and conference facilities and offers panoramic views overlooking the Durban
beachfront promenade and refreshing views of the ocean.
