CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the joint cautionary announcement released on SENS by Capital and Fortress Income
Fund Limited on 15 May 2015 and are advised that, subject to the requisite approvals, Capital is in the process of a
spin-off of its office portfolio as a stand-alone REIT. It is intended that Capital’s shareholders will receive listed
shares in the newly established REIT. Capital is in discussions with FirstLeaf Properties regarding the management
of and additional assets for the new REIT.
It is intended that this initiative will be implemented independently of Fortress’ interest in acquiring all of the issued
shares in Capital.
Pending announcement of further details, shareholders are advised to exercise caution in their dealings in Capital
shares.
