ANNOUNCEMENT
Withdrawal of Cautionary Announcement
Shareholders are referred to the renewal of cautionary announcement dated
7 April 2015 pertaining to a potential acquisition and are advised that the
negotiations relating thereto have been terminated. Shareholders are accordingly
advised that they need no longer exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities insofar as this acquisition is concerned.
Renewal of Cautionary Announcement
Shareholders are further referred to the new cautionary announcement dated
7 April 2015 pertaining to the offer received for the purchase of CRG’s shareholding
in one of its subsidiary companies and are advised that whilst the suspensive
conditions relating to the offer received have not been timeously met by the buyer,
discussions are continuing. Shareholders are accordingly advised to continue to
exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until a further
announcement is made.
