The CoreShares S&P South Africa Top50 Exchange Traded Fund portfolio ("CoreShares
Top50"), a sixth portfolio in the CoreShares Index Tracker Collective Investment Scheme
(formerly Grindrod Index Tracker Collective Investment Scheme)("the Scheme") registered
as such in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 45 of 2002, managed by
CoreShares Index Tracker Managers (RF) Proprietary Limited (formerly Grindrod Index
Tracker Managers Proprietary Limited)("the Manager" or “CITM”).
Index And Resulting Portfolio Changes
In line with the S&P South Africa 50 Index , on 18 May 2015, following the unbundling of BHP
Billiton, South32 (South Africa, AU000000S320, BWSW5H3) was added to the CoreShares
Top 50 ETF at a weight of 0.68%. BHP Billiton (South Africa, GB0000566504, 6016777)
remained in the CoreShares Top 50 ETF at a weight of 9.17%.
On 20 May 2015 South32 (South Africa, AU000000S320, BWSW5H3) was removed from the
CoreShares Top 50 ETF.
