Westonaria, 21 May 2015: In terms of Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE
Limited (“JSE”), shareholders are advised that Dr Zola Skweyiya has resigned from the Board
with effect from 21 May 2015. Dr Skweyiya has been a director since October 2013. Dr
Skweyiya has decided to pursue other commitments.
The Board wishes to thank Dr Skweyiya for his dedication, insight and wisdom during his
tenure on the Board of Sibanye Gold.
