AMENDMENT AND INCREASE OF THE DMTN PROGRAMME
RCS wishes to advise bondholders that the JSE has granted formal
approval on the updated DMTN Programme and Programme size for RCS.
The DMTN Programme size has been increased from ZAR5,000,000,000 to
ZAR10,000,000,000. The updated signed Programme Memorandum will also
be available for inspection on the RCS Group website at
https://investors.rcs.co.za/investor-relations within the next two
weeks from the date of release of the SENS announcement. The
availability will be communicated once uploaded.
