CHANGES TO THE AUDIT AND RISK COMMITTEE OF THE COMPANY
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcements released by
the Company on 20 February 2015 and 30 April 2015 respectively,
relating to changes to the board and board committees of the
Company.
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, shareholders of the Company are hereby
advised that, with effect from 18 May 2015, Mr Patrick Ernest
Burton, currently an independent non-executive director of the
Company and a member of the audit and risk committee of the
Company, has been appointed as the chairman of the audit and risk
committee of the Company.
