SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of
2008(“Act”) and regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations,
2011,shareholders are advised that on the 22 May 2015, Lewis Group Limited
became aware of the following:
- acquisition by Public Investment Corporation (“PIC”) of shares (acting
as an agent on behalf of their clients), such that the PIC’s total
beneficial interest in the company has increased to 15.39% of the issued
capital of the company.
