UPDATE REGARDING LISTING OF RESIDENTIAL PORTFOLIO
As previously communicated, Arrowhead’s wholly owned subsidiary Arrowhead Residential Limited, which owns a
portfolio of residential properties, is in the process of seeking a listing on the Main Board of the JSE as a stand-alone
Residential REIT (“the listing”).
Arrowhead Residential Limited has been renamed Indluplace Properties Limited (“Indluplace”) and the process to listing
is at an advanced stage, with the listing expected to take place by the end of June 2015.
Indluplace will undertake a private placement prior to the listing and in this regard, the Indluplace executives are
embarking on an investor roadshow commencing Tuesday, 26 May 2015.
