SUSPENSION OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Further to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News
Service on Friday, 15 May 2015, unitholders are advised that
disciplinary charges have been brought against Mr Andrew Stuart
Rogers following the outcome of an investigation into certain
allegations of misconduct.
Unitholders are advised that the alleged misconduct will not
have a material impact on the operations of the Company or its
financial results.
The disciplinary hearing is expected to take place during June
2015. As soon as circumstances permit, a further announcement
will be released by the Company.
