Scrip Dividend – Application for Listing of Shares
Intu Properties plc (the “Company”) announces that a total of 16,071,625 new ordinary shares
of 50 pence each in the capital of the Company (the “Scrip Shares”) will be issued on
Thursday, 28 May 2015. The Scrip Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary
shares of 50 pence each in the capital of the Company.
The Company has applied for admission of the Scrip shares to the Official List of the Financial
Conduct Authority and to listing on the London Stock Exchange’s main market for listed
securities. The Company has also applied to the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”) for
the listing of the Scrip Shares on the Main Board of the JSE. It is expected that admission of
the Scrip Shares to the Official List will become effective, and dealings will commence on
Thursday, 28 May 2015.
