Application was made to the JSE Limited (“JSE”) for the listing of 128 670 Redeemable
Preference Shares as Class ILRP2 Redeemable Preference Shares (Authorised Class
ILRP2 Redeemable Preference Shares of 1 500 000), under Investec Limited’s
Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share Programme dated 4 September
2013, for an aggregate subscription price of R130 001 734.50.
The 128 670 Class ILRP2 Redeemable Preference Shares will be issued to subscribers
on the date of listing being 29 May 2015 with effect from commencement of trade.
