RESIGNATION OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b)of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders of the Company
are hereby advised that Mr Trevor Scott has resigned as the
financial director of the Company with effect from 26 June
2015 due to his increased responsibilities relating to other
business interests.
The Company wishes to thank Mr Scott for his valued
contributions during his tenure as financial director of the
Company.
Shareholders are further advised that the Company is actively
recruiting a financial director to replace Mr Scott and will
advise shareholders once an appointment has been made.
