In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Mr Gert
Gouws has tendered his resignation as a non-executive director from the board of Kumba with effect
from 8th May 2015.
The board thanks Mr Gouws for his contribution and guidance during his tenure and wishes him all the
best in his future endeavours.
