RENEWAL OF DISTRIBUTORSHIP AGREEMENT WITH JOHN DEERE
Shareholders are referred to previous announcements, the last of which was released on SENS on
21 July 2014, regarding the renewal of the distributorship agreement between New Way Power Proprietary
Limited (“New Way”) (a subsidiary of enX) and John Deere S.A.S. (“John Deere”), in terms of which New
Way is appointed as a distributor of John Deere industrial engines and OEM engine spare parts (“the
distributorship agreement”). Shareholders are advised that the distributorship agreement has been
successfully renewed for an indefinite period of time.
