Change to the Board of Directors and Remuneration Committee
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised
of the following changes to the board roles of Accentuate.
Mr. Ralph Patmore, who was the lead independent non-executive director of Accentuate has been
appointed as independent non-executive Chairman of the Board as of 27 May 2015.
Mr. Pieter Kriel has been appointed as a member and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee as
of 27 May 2015. Mr. Ralph Patmore will remain a member of the Remuneration Committee.
