RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the
following information is disclosed:
Joseph Deiss has resigned from Zurich South Africa’s board as a
non-executive director with effect from 27 May 2015.
Professor Deiss has been a member of Zurich South Africa’s board
since 2008 and has further served as a member of the Audit
Committee and has chaired the Investment Committee.
Dolly Mokgatle, Chairman of the Board said: “I would like to thank
Joseph for his commitment, unfailing support to the Company and
wisdom. The global insight he brought to the Company during his
tenure was of good value to us all.”
Recruitment for Professor Deiss’s replacement is underway and a
further announcement in this regard will be made in due course.
